Hey Kate....this place will help. I post in spurts, depending on what's happening in life. I ask for help and also give it when needed too. It goes both ways here so we need you just as bad and your thoughts. Out of curiosity, you went 30 days clean. You should have been feeling a lot better after a week or so, just curious if it was cravings that sent you b...

I have to shadow that...I've been there too. It's a mindset. Either way, it's going to be bad. Stay addicted, and remain there, or bear with it and eventually come out the other side clean and feeling better. And you will. In about 7 days, take them one by one you will feel so much better. Actually, it shouldn't be 30 days before you feel better. Hang on for another 4 days or so and each day you will feel a hint of feeling better. Ultram, at least for me did not present the cravings that Vicodin did. I actually tried to use the tramadol to get off the vicodin because my doctor said that Ultam was not habit forming, but still gave the same relie...

Mark, that's what I was hoping for too, you seem to be in the same boat as I am. I have noticed no real side effects from Klonopin. My doses have been always between 4-6mg a day, and I've gone as low as 4 a day for a while. I notice at that level though stress and anxiety can come back more unpredictable as on a little higher dose. It works and has for that l...
