i have been up and down this road so many times that the bushes, trees and stones know my name. my advice to you is to go ahead and suffer. get you mind to flip it so that drugs equal pain. let's face it, ultimately and without question for addicts this is a simple fact. i just spent many days with my tail stapled to the couch all alone, said nothing to anyon...

i just made it through the horrible sleepless, shaking, stumbling, stupid walking around talking to my 800 pound gorilla, and all that goes along with it. even drove myself to the E.R. at midnight 2 nights ago for some I.V fluids and phenergan. told them as soon as i got there i am an addict. no narcotics please. that gorilla has done nothing but take take ta...

i really hate to ask this, but have you ever listened to tony robbins, the self help guru? you can download his stuff just like music. my "normal" husband listens to him all the time and it used to drive me nuts. then i started to pay closer attention. i am still messing up half the time, but i think it is do-able. best of luck!

i tried to put myself away somewhere not too long ago such as detox or rehab. they would've taken me if i was a suicidal alcohlic. i am not one. i don't understand that at all. it was the insurance. i have good insurance, but where i live that's just the way it is. so, i get clean, then i mess up. then i repeat the process. this has been going on for so long ...
