Unfortunately, if you have not felt any difference by now , the chances of recovery are near zero. This is an unfortunate possibility of third molar extractioins.

it is a topical antibiotic and should only be used for short periods of time, like right after surgeries, or gum work. It will stain teeth dark brown, so it is not recommended for long term use.

you said that the bone graft was done 6 months ago.. did you have this pain and discomfort all along? or did it just begin after the implant placement?
Tooth #7 is in the front right of your face, I can understand and justify some of your symptoms but then some others not..
See another surgeon for a second opinion and take another x-ray. ...
