It is really NOT recommended to take LDN with substantial doses of corticosteroids as the steroids are immunosuppressant and the LDN boosts the immune system. I asked my Neurologist on Wednesday if I should get the H1N1 vaccine and the answer was emphatically NO. I didn't get a why not though.
