I tried 10 mg to start and slept for 24 hours straight, like a dead thing! ugh. What I did was back off to 2.5 mg or a quarter of a tab and am doing that for a week then going to 5 mg and see how that affects me. I discussed Tysabri with my Neuro recently since I failed with Copaxone with flu like symptoms (go figure!) and they don't want me on an interferon since I am a cancer survivor. It is really NOT recommended to take LDN with substantial doses of corticosteroids as the steroids are immunosuppressant and the LDN boosts the immune system. I asked my Neurologist on Wednesday if I should get the H1N1 vaccine and the answer was emphatically NO. I didn't get a why not though.
