I had something similar when I had a miscarriage. I didn't know I was pregnant but out of no where I had intense abdominal pain with bleeding and then that. I went to the doctor and they did a pregancy test and the hcg hormone was still in my body. I was on birth control at the time and thats why I miscarried I think.

Just FYI, fasting will not help you lose weight- in the long run you will actually gain because it slows your metabolism so much. Have your doctor check out your thyroid- I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder- however the entire time I was hypothyroid which can cause depression. It may also explain the trouble swallowing food.
