Hi Jwles, I know exactly how you feel. I am constantly exhausted and hurt all the time. I struggle just to walk and do chores like cooking and cleaning. I am allergic to Lyrica and Sevella. The doctor has me on numerous medications and none seem to help the pain and exhaustion. After eighteen months I finally qualified for disability. It took a lawy...

I was finally diagnosed with FMS/CFS in 2008. It took many tests and trips to my physician's office. It was my fault it took so long to diagnose. I just went to him when I had a persistent pain in one area. Then I was afraid to go bacl too soon when I had more pain in a different area. Yes, I have that all the time. My thighs actually burn. I feel like my legs will not work, but they do. My rumy tells me to walk a lot when that is going on. She said it won't help the pain and will make the pain worse. However, the walking is good to keep those muscle working properly. I also get those same pains in my hips and arms. Good luck.

I suffer with FMS/CFS. Lately I have been in a lot of pain. But I have noticed something new. I find everyone annoying. Sometimes, I don't want anyone to talk to me. I can't concentrate on what their saying nor do I care. I am not normally like this at all. I haven't changed any meds. Does anyone else experience this?

Hi Ruthy, I am currently using Allsup.com to help me with disability. Social Security currently does not think FMS/CFS and Lupus are a disability. They believe since some can work with these symptoms. My FMS is really bad. I haven't worked in over a year now. I can't take Lyrica because I am allergic to it. I am currently on 2700mg of Nurtin and on s...
