I have a white growth on the underside of my tongue, it is on the right side. I have a white blotch that is under my tongue on the right side. Many times at night when I am in deep sleep, I am awakened by an electrical zap (only way I can explain it). It zaps that white blob and also that side of the jaw. That zap quickly wakes me up and there is pain momentarily. Please can you tell me what this is?
