I have mid cycle spotting and my obgyn said its bc were messing with our hormones and there going up and down. I take 2000mg/day of metformin and didn't have this happen until I started taking it. But she says its hormonal imbalance bc we are taking meds to get our system back right.

So you are saying your about 2-3 weeks late. Yes you should got to the doctor and they will do another pregnancy test. You can ask him/her about getting you back on track but you really need to know what has thrown it off track. Do you have PCOS? Have you always had irregular periods?

I have a retroverted uterus and it has nothing to do with infertility it's just your uterus is tilted backwards instead of forward. They say once you have a child it will go back to normal. Your doc needs to do a blood HCG test, which is a test for the pregnancy hormones. How late is your period? Have you been under a great deal of stress latelty? You may just have to wait it out and see what happens.

More than likely your pregnant, if one of your test came out positive. You should go to the doctor and get a blood pregenancy test done.
