I have mild asthma. I take a beta blocker called Sectral for my CPVT. Some asthmatics can tolerate them, others can't. I even know of a couple severe asthmatics that tolerate beta blockers.
Yoga is great exercise for people with CPVT. I practice yoga almost daily.

Most of us with Asperger's Syndrome take speech very literally. When I was a teenager, an upset classmate yelled "bite me!" So I did. When I was asked why I had bit her, I said she told me to. Now that I'm older I've learned to look for hidden meanings, also my peers have learned to speak to me using more literal language.
Is he verbal? Could acting out be his only way of demonstrating his dislike of something? If so, he needs a way to communicate dislike, and his need/desire to be removed from certain situations. I'm working on that with my oldest daughter.
