eye lid only staying open part way w/ blurred vision

I have had problems with my eyelids. Both of them. They take turns. My eyelids would not open automatically in the morning at times. I had to physically left them up. My titers were 2300+ on my most recent test. That is for the EBV Capsid IgG. I have no idea what that means. My immunologist said not to worry about it. He didn't say it in a convincing way though.
