It is best not to give aspirin to dogs. if this does not resolve in a day or so a veterinarian can help with medical treatment.
you might want to give us some history for a good answer. Cloudy eyes are a serious condition that need veterinary treatment immediately.
Please seek in person care.
I have to agree with Dezines7. this could be a "false pregnancy" as it is not uncommon with that breed and at that age. She should get through this on her own her own but if not your veterinarian can help.
This is probably normal. I've seen many very normal dogs pant more than what we would consider normal. However if you are concerned about kidney disease, there are some very simple blood tests that can be run to rule that out and give you a good baseline of data for the future. if your veterinarian won't do this for you, you can fine one that will I'm sure...

Ointment is your best bet as it stays in the eye longer. Artificial tears can also be used but would have to be applied more often.
If the eye is completely diseased and may need to be removed, you are probably delaying the surgery - which is fine - as long as practical. Once it becomes medically necessary I would not hesitate to do the surgery.
It appears she was run over by the car. That would be the most logical explanation. Another would be some sort of stress related issue like a stroke or heart attack.
we are so sorry this happened. Our thoughts are with you.
