5 year boy...many problems

My son (youngest of 4) has develomental delay,soiling,speech probs,is short and heavy with large head,no sence of danger,over friendly and has recently started to become violent towards others.He was held behind in nursery for 6 months and is due for a SEN reveiw next week to decide if to hold him back in reception,he is due to start year 1 but the school say...
