I do take calcium and magnesium 3x day and thats probably why I havent had a bad as time as some others. today is day 4 off tram. sorry to here about the stomache pain your going thru. dont give up. Ive had for the past week tappering and getting off the tram. Although you don't think so right now it will get better. My prayers are with you.

thanks for the reply. I can relate to everything you said I've woke up in the middle of the night many times bottle clutching. Today is day 2, I feel alitle anxious but not bad. but the musclespasm in my back and neck are worse. I took the other 1/2 of the ativan last night with a benedryl and slept thru the night. Iam going to try not to use the ativan ...

Don't beat yourself up. Your actually doing well dispite of all the stress you had. I've been slowly detoxing one med at a time for the past 7months an it sux. i have had insomnia as well.
