The redness on the side of my nose just wont go away!

I picked Rosacea as the topic for this post but really I am not sure what this redness on the side of my nose really but I have been battling with for about 10 years.. I think I first noticed it when I was about 22 years old and here I am at 32 and it is still here.. the funny thing is that it was on both sides of my nose when it started and remained on both...
