Palpitations

Hi, i have palpitations that come and go had a 24hr ECG done, it comes when at rest as well as when im doing work. i get it with chest pain at times not really radiating to anywhere so i doubt its a myocardial infarction or angina could it be a PSVT (Paroxismal Supra-Ventricular Tachycardia)? Been to a Cardio and they said na there's nothing wrong? Any Sugges...
