Hi, Jackie. Glad you liked my post re dentists. There sure were a lot of opinions. You stirred up a hornets nest. Not everyone appreciates my take on things, which is pretty militant. But I've been dealing with dentists all my life and have a rather aggressive approach to the whole subject. I figure we, the patients, are more important and have a right to not only the best treatment but also the truth. Since we don't get it, why should we give it? Just logic, really. But the doctor/dentist guilds have brainwashed everyone. except you and me . Cheers! Mike

We certainly are an opinionated group! I post what I think is logical. Some present scenario's that are too extreme but life in of itself it unpredictable so I live by my own creeds which works for me. In any event, listen to what that little voice inside of you says. Usually, that the best guide of all. BTW, we are the same age and I love rock & roll too!! I was at Woodstock and yes, I do remember most of it! Trin

Thanks for the comments about not doing exercise; I was in a panic because my job was about 60 hours a week and I would take the dog walking sometimes.... I decided that every day I didn't walk him I would go on the stepper in the garage for 100 steps.. Ha!!! I got to about 50 and got a piercing headache. Now I'm being very very gentle on myself. This is so not fun - I'm such an anxious control-freak type person anyway so this certainly is a lesson in letting go :-( :-). Thank goodness for this site; whenever I'm nervous I just sit and read about all the wonderful other people who have managed to trek this path. Best wishes..

Make the jeep-hike in NZ sometime in the next two years; there has to be new drugs on the market before then!!!! - I'll book it for you and be your Auckland contact (I'll probably come too as while I've seen a lot of Australia, I've never managed to see enough of my own country :-)..
