Hi! I was reading about your headaches and something I have found out in the past few years that I had never heard before is that one trigger for migraines can be from being dehydrated. I found that I would most often get migraines at the onset of my period and if I started chugging water the week before it was due that I didn't get them. Now that doesn't mean I don't get them at all but it did seem to decrease my migraines by about 90%. I still suffer from them and at times have to go down a list to see what I have or haven't done that might trigger one but if hydrating and going to my chiropractor to make sure my neck is correctly aligned doesn't work then my list is much shorter and I have far less migraines.
