Thanks for reaching out...yeah, it's finally here....that last path down the xanax -weaning journey....hopefully, this trek won't be as tough as some of the other times... I'm also weaning down on Ambien, and typically, it's not difficult...and so far, so good. Have already dropped down from 10 mg. to 5 mg. in about 4 days now...I want off these 2 drugs hopefully by June 1st... Enough about me - how are you???

Hi back - had a busy and overall better day today...some moments were rough, but other times, it was restful. Spent hours outside, watching my son play lacrosse. They had 2 games... So glad that I've got 7 days behind me...hopefully, it will now begin to get a bit easier. Hope you had a nice day today!!
