[More] soon to be ex to handle. This disease is horrible but I'm starting a new drug trial the end of this month. I have great hopes that this medicine will help me. I can't remember the name of it but is an oral medication. I'm pleased with that as I got real tired of giving myself shots. As far as I'm concerned, staying active is the most important tool to fight this disease with.
I have ten year old twins, a boy and a girl! They are wonderul kids and I'm thankful God knew I'd never be able to have aother child so He gave me one of each! The MS made the pregnancy very high risk and I went into labor at 24 weeks so I spent 7 weeks in the hospital on bed rest because I kept going into labor. At 31 weeks I'd had enough so after nine hours of labor they did a c-section. My babies were so tiny and they spent two months in NICU. I got to bring them home on Mother's day! What a gift that was.
I'm unable to work but I do carve fantasy type figures like gnomes and wizards and also do custom carved designs on doors and drawers and things like that.
I kayak as often as I can, ride horses, build snow caves and lots of other outdoor activities.
That's the scoop on me!
