hey josh...i have been on ocs and dilaudid for a while and i quit cold turkey and have been taking amino acids, vitamins, sam-e and other natural remedies (melatonin and tension tamer, a celestial tea for sleep) to help and they REALLY do help with the withdrawals...try something like that...and i dont know if your tooth still hurts but clove oil worked well for me...good luck
