61 yr female living in Senior home for disabled) Lost job, living on nothing except housing, food stamps, and State health plan, no cash. I have very bad osteo arthritis in both knees, and many other locations, pain in feet from walking, aortic heart valve defect from b ... [More] irth, not yet surgical, medfibromyalgia, very severe sleep apnea, well controlled, ADD not controlled, severe PLMD trying to control with methadone 20mg at night and klononpine ( twitching with withdrawal from the Klonopin dose 2 mg bedtime).Both eyes have ripe cataracts that cause night blindness and restricted vision during the day. Hi BP, type 2 diabetes, Hi cholesterol all very well controlled to optimum levels, Good heart function, heart has scar that runs across left bundle branch, EF 65, Cardiologist are watching every 6 months, now shows up on EKG without stress, no activity restrictions or pain, excessive caffeine gives atrial arrhythmia so I abstain, also no drinking or smoking ( quit 23 years ago) 270 lbs, lost 60 lbs over last 3 years, vegetarian plus dairy and eggs, no white food, hi good fat and complex carbs, veggies fruit, eggs cheese milk. Take B-12 in form of methycobalamin to make iron avail to brain, 1- 2 K IUs Vit D, daily theragran mature has Vit K, also take supplements of magnesium, folic acid, niacin, fish oil, selenium  occasionally, Vit C 325 mg, aspirin. Pain has reduced activity level, hit by car vs. pedestrian June 07, caused damage to previously healthy kneecap, and crunched spine 1 !/2 inches from week before. with back pain on mild exertion, not present before.pedestrian accident in Jun 07 also have medium OCD, anxiety, previous panic attacks none for 30 yrs. Consider myself sad rather than depressed, as my financial and family situations are cliff hangers, have no ideas how to pay utilities until June when I can get SOC SEC retirement on my own account, SSI has denied me three times on the basis I'm not dying and can keep my 550 sq ft appt. in order, they think this means I can work but the truth is the PLMD keeps me asleep all-day and I have complete night blindness from ripe cataracts both eyes, low vision during the day. No car or transportation makes getting even groceries and medical care miseries. I want to reduce pain and gain usefulness of my body so I can build a new life and enjoy it [Less]
