Just a quick note to say hi! Sorry,I've not been on for ages,had extra hours at work. How are u? Where u up to? I'm thinking of u n sending u lots of good luck x I'm on cd 25 i think,been having accupuncture each wk,which has been great,have u tried it? I'd recommend it. We have our app for ivf consultation a wk on tuesday and i still have 5lb to lose :[ I've been taking on board everyone's advice and for all of next wk i'm sticking to a bowl of special k for breakfast with a banana,a tuna salad each lunch with a pot of live yoghurt and roasted chicken with steamed veg for tea,what do u think? x x
