Just a quick note to say hi! I had a fusion at L5 S1 and I beleive it worked so far and I do still get some leg pain but not like it was I think I have permanent nerve damage or something anyway they done a Mylogram and discogram so maybe you better mention that because that was how they pinpointed the exact problem, it was called pars defect a past fracture that healed back wrong and the disck was pushing the bone away from the ligament, GOODLUCK!

Just a quick note to say hi! Well I went through surgery for my L5 and S1 and I beleive it worked thank GOD! I have a little pain in hips and legs in the morning and goes away and still take a lil perk a day, they put me through the mylogram and discogram and found my problem after i could no longer walk! Just a quick note to say hi! My name is April and my doctor of 10 year's diagnosed me with fibromyalgia a little over 9 year's ago.I alway's complained about my back though I felt he was just blowing me off. I finally moved and switched doctor's, I was sent to a back specialist , my MRI and x-ray's already had shown that I had osteoarthiritis and disc degeneration. When I asked about the huge lump on my back he basically had no clue. I demanded that I wanted an answer so he sent me to a surgeon. The surgeon told me that my x-ray's and MRI obviously showed a fractured vertebra that had been there a long time. I had a spinal fusion 7 week's ago. Why did you need 3 surgeries? Now I 'm scared. Any advice? April
