About Me: Female, 66, Bradford - United Kingdom, member since Dec 2007
I am 65 years of age, married with 2 grown up boys and 5 grand and 2 great grand children. I  survived brain tumour surgery approx 10 years ago, and am still healthy apart from a slow thyroid and a little heart desease.  My husband who is 70 survived heart bypass surger ... [More] y at 57 and now has type II diabetes and high blood pressure.  He is taking part in a 4 year American trial to monitor the succes of a drug to combat prostate cancer.  Apart from our health issues we are both avid wild life enthusiasts and travel in our motorhome all over the UK to take part in conservation projects.  We like to keep abreast of health advice so we can stay active and useful as we grow older.
