We started ttc march2007 I had premenstrual spotting since getting off the pill, then had some pain, figured it was just a cyst - got an ultrasound and was told that it was an endometrioma (I had not had any signs of endo at all!) so this was a shock! It had basically d...

estroyed my left ovary... so I had a lap to get that removed, and then was told that i was one of the worst cases of endo the dr had ever seen, and they couldn't do much to clean it up! So i rushed to an RE and started the get preg as fast as possible before the endo ruins everything plan! Then after only one month with the RE, although I have regular periods every month and none of the symptoms just got diagnosed with PCOS too! ugh! We also have male factor! So if we ever actually get Preg it will truely be a miracle baby! This has been such a struggle! I am hoping it will end with a success story!
So we finally got pregnant, the month before doing IVF - our paperwork was submitted and everything in place for IVF, we had both given up hope ! couldn't believe our little miracle happened! Then we were devastated.. found out it was a blighted ovum, lost our pregnancy at 9.5 weeks.. its been so hard! so we will be back on the road to more IUI's and injectables in the hopes of another (hopefully stickier!) miracle! [Less]

Hi, I hope everything is ok. I know the fears you are having because I would be having them to. But I wanted to let you know that w/ my daughter who is now 14 I had regular periods until 7 months. Heavy w/ clots cramps and all. I was in the ER every month. But she was fine and healthy. Even went a week past my due date....LOL. So, please know that it can still be good. And the mucus stuff can mean that maybe the baby is just digging in alittle deeper to hang on????

I know how hard it is to think that it will be ok. But I bled worse then a period, bright red with cramps and clots. But if you have a subchorionic hematoma that can be completely normal. Since your levels are still rising like they should be it doesn't seem like you are miscarriage to me since as soon as you started bleeding your levels should of been dropping not continuing to rise.

I just wanted to give you a hug and release some of the tension and fear I know you are feeling. I had a subchorionic bleed at the beginning of my pregnancy and thought that I was going to miscarry almost everyday for the beginning of my pregnancy. It was so hard after all the stress to think that everything would be ok... but you know what it was ok and I now have a beautiful 9 month old to show for it. I just wanted to let you know that subchorionic hematomas are actually a lot more common then you would think in pregnancy and that my doctor (who is head of the maternity ward in mesa az) said that he had never seen one not heal itself in pregnancy. **hugs**
