Congratulations! Time for a celebration...awesome! Seriously, I think you will start feeling even better. It's okay if you have another not so good day...but you'll notice they are few and farther apart. I remember that by day 14...I was like wow....and the bad days and memory of them start to fade away! Keep it up, you are doing really well! The Lexapro will make you more stable and even things out a little bit. I was one of those people that denied I would need an SSRI for a long time...I even have a graduate degree in psychology...but sure enough, I got to the point where the anxiety was really bad an debilitating (leaving work, calling in sick to avoid meetings, closed door at work)...and I knew I needed to get a handle on things....Lexapro really saved me, to some degree.
