[More] in a constant battle. Whenever i have a headache, i believe that iam having an anyerusim. it makes me not want to do alot of physical activity because i think thats it...iam going down. Lately i have been getting better watching charles linden, and such. A week ago i got into a car accident, my first and since then my anxiety and panic attacks have sky rocketed to an all time high. I may be young but i am also dealing with anxiety..very high levels of it.

I love Ice cream:0 I have a boyfriend jason whom i have been with 10 mnths now. I love him and he is a big support for me. I have a best friend(the one i was in the crash with) and she is like a sister to me. I only live with my mom because my dad is addicted to alot of drugs, and he abused her. Iam thankful i have such a strong mom,
