Teriible at typos...finds a huge sense of calm after writing . Also looking for emotional support in so many aspects of my life, which I now realize this site is amazing for. My mom died last June of cancer & smoking related illness'..COPD took her before cancer did..and I finally got the strength to quit smoking after watchin my 61 yr old mother desperate for air on her dying bed, gasp & panic each time her lungs wouldnt allow air in...That WILL never be me..no way...however, I put on 40lbs..and no matter how I try..I cant seem to stay motivated to take it off..I really could write a book on it, deep down Im a vegatarian, health nut & have had this skinny chick living inside me for years!! But somehow life has a way of making me lose her..too bad..shes so much happier as a size 10 or 12..not the current 18 I am now !
