Just a quick note to say hi! Hello Rosie, well I found out that I also have spinal stenosis a narrowing of the space between my spinal cord and my vertebrae, Only had one phys therapy session, felt good during, not so much after, been sore all weekend. The gapenting works great though, but nothing I want to take forever either. Back to therapy tomorrow. Will see how it goes. Happy mother's day ! Kim in SC
