Just a quick note to say hi! from one wife to another. how are things there? well we/ve (topcat) been off this forum for a bit now. he did the taper off the oxy's. the w/d were so bad. so we hope things are better for your hubby. topcat did some research about suboxone. but mostly treatment programs are scattered here and there and cost a bunch. But he found a dr. certified to give it out right here at a clinic. it has worked wonders. took away cravings, helped immediate like with the w/d. he is now totally off the oxy's. totally. he still take a couple vals a day. they seem to still work.it is mainly opiates that suboxone works on. so if your man is still struggling, find a dr. who is certified and can get you a script. tc might be on it for a yr. in very low doses for maintenance. *hugs
