congrats on being off xanax. I every once in awhile will take a 1/2 of a 1/2 of a white xanax, which is funny b/c it is basically nothing but it relaxes me. I am not going to start taking xanax again b/c they are hard to get off of. Have you seen my son's babies pictures?

yes I am relieved. haha I had to have an emergency c-section b/c the babies heart rate dropped. He was born on October 26th. So he is a scorpio. Today I am hurting more than usual. It sux. I lost all the weight and some. Thank god. lol

I was seeing how you have been feeling? Atleast you are getting off xanax the right way. I take a 1/2 of a white xanax a month or every 2 months b/c of my anxiety.

I haven't felt good on it yet. I have been just over 2 years now with anxiety daily and now I have depression. Docotr blames it on hormones. My neurotransmitters are low too.When does it get better.
