Hi there u! I just got your e-mail today for some reason it was in my spam and I just happened to check it. How are you doing today? I'm doing ok trying to taper off but it's hard to control when you want to take more. I'm just wondering how long it will take me to taper off. I'm only taking two a day right now. I cut it from 4 and my husband has them so I don't take more but I'd like to just quit all together. This is my first go around so I'm not sure how long to take them. My pharmacist told me to do it in a three week process but that's a bit to dangerous for someone who takes them because they enjoy them. It's too easy to get right back the the four I've been taking.
