You're taking my suggestion all wrong Lee .... as I stated and by the way this site is a part of the Cleveland Clinic and is monitored by them ... anyway I got the idea that you were using it as a sort of message board and nothing seemed related to breast cancer. I was just thinking that some of the other Forums (and there are many that are patient to patient) might be more related to your problems or concerns. The Forums are free to anyone; I didn't know if you were aware of how many exist some of which deal directly with your particular interests. I'm sorry you took my suggestion the wrong way .... didn't mean to offend; just passing along information you might find valuable.
I would like to suggest that you ck. out the many Forums sponsored by the Cleveland Clinic. There are more appropriate places for you to post and interact with others who have your same interests. This Forum is for paients who have breast cancer or concerns about the disease and desire to contact others with the same problems and concerns. Please think about this and browse the many Forums available for questions and comments. Best Wishes .....

I found that It is easy to obtain Agoraphobia. I was in a very stressful situation when it started. When my situation changed, the stress manifested itself a whole different way. That is just a thought. Mine was brought on purely by being in an abusive marriage and 300 miles or so away from my family. I know it's hard. I have definitely recovered from it, but now that I have been out of work since mid january with back issues, I still sometimes feel like I need to get outside at least. Some days it just seems easier to stay in. The main thing that keeps me from staying inside is that my husband loves to work outside and I like hanging around him. Therefore I have to be outdoors! I hope you get the help for all of the things that are burdening you. HUGS
