You deserve a big bear hug! Sorry to hear this. It always seems to be the things we love to do the most, we can't! Frustration builds up in and then we go ahead and overdo it, like a cycle. I so love gardening, riding bikes, swimming and allot of stuff, but because of my back and the neuropathy - I can't do it! sometimes I just want to do it so bad, I do and then pay the price. Chin up girl! This too shall pass and we move on, amen? Thanks for the update. Sunny Lee

Just a quick note to say hi! That seems to be pretty aggressive PT. Personally, I have had the same problem - the stinging (I was told) is nerve pain, meaning there is swelling, which can put pressure on the nerve if the therapy is too soon or too aggressive for you. This has happened to me several times and I have just taken control of it myself. If I feel neve pain - I stop or change how I do the PT. I hope this helps you. By the way, I love to garden, love flowers and have not been able to bend to do it for many years, so I am happy for you. So, I would just tell your PT technician what you are experiencing and what they think you should do. My take is, take it a little slower. Hope this helped! Sunny Lee Sunny Lee

Just a quick note to say hi! Wow! you are just a little older than me. I will be 56 this Saturday. Thanks for the note. I like your attitude and agree that God is our Healer and will see us through the ups and down. Healing might come in many ways but it is good to have the knowledge and comfort that He is with us. Have a great day! Sunny Lee
