You deserve a big bear hug! Sorry to hear this. It always seems to be the things we love to do the most, we can't! Frustration builds up in and then we go ahead and overdo it, like a cycle. I so love gardening, riding bikes, swimming and allot of stuff, but because of my back and the neuropathy - I can't do it! sometimes I just want to do it so bad, I do and then pay the price. Just a quick note to say hi! That seems to be pretty aggressive PT. Personally, I have had the same problem - the stinging (I was told) is nerve pain, meaning there is swelling, which can put pressure on the nerve if the therapy is too soon or too aggressive for you. This has happened to me several times and I have just taken control of it myself. If I feel neve pain - I stop or change how I do the PT. I hope this helps you. By the way, I love to garden, love flowers and have not been able to bend to do it for many years, so I am happy for you.
