Thanks for asking. I'm hanging in. Seems like it's getting a bit worse or it was the stress of having to clean up some construction mess in the house. The spouse is geting meaner by the day, keeps saying I'n not sick, I just need to calm down. Tells me to "knock it off" or "drop dead'. Doesn't he realize I wouldn't mind dropping dead some days? But I leave that to him, his own demons will kill him not me. I miss people, I love people and have isolated from everyone. I have one friend I call weekly but she doesn't understand bipolar and says "get off all you're meds and you'll be fine". Needless to say we talk about 10 minutes regarding a business deal and thats it. I miss phone buddies!!

Thank you for checking on me. I am doing better physically, but I'm sure it will take time before I feel better emotionally. I'm trying to look to the future. I have had horrible headaches the past few days. I think it could be allergies, but I'm wondering if the drop in hormone levels could be causing headaches. I hope you are doing well!
