Hi! It's easy. Just type in urinalysis dipsticks in google search bar and you find find loads to buy online. Make sure you buy from a trustworthy source. They are not expensive. Being able to watch for any urine change at home makes me feel more in control of my health. I have got the BP monitor also. My family has a kidney disease history, so caring for my kidney is a long term goal for me! I also take some fish oil daily. They are proven to help protect kidney function. Take care.

Hope you are feeling better. I think you could buy some urinalysis dip sticks online and a blood pressure monitor from boots. That way you can test them often at home and feel more in control. x
