Just wanted to let you know I can relate. If you ever want to talk, you know where to find me. I feel for you. Your diet looks good to me except I would cut out the whole grain bread and cereal for at least 2 weeks and see if you don't see the scale moving down. If you have to make a "sandwich" take some big romaine leaves and put the chicken in between them to eat. It's always the carbs that keep me from losing. If you have to have some carbs, maybe just eat some oatmeal in the morning. Once you get closer to your ideal weight, you can start adding a slice of bread of something. And you could still lose if you added more calories in, as long as those calories were non-starchy vegetables. I am trying to lose about 80+ myself. I'm 50 y.o., 5'6 and weigh about 232.
