You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today. You deserve a big bear hug! I am not sure if my other message got to you...but PLEASEEEE don't let that 10 year thing scare you. Many people with PBC live health lives and can often go past 10 years with out any real complications. As long as you change your eating habits, exercise, take your meds, keep your doctors informed of all changes you feel...even if you think it is just something basic and reduce or stop all alcohol consumption. Also...take a look at PBCERS.ORG, I think you will find this a very helpful and the people there are sweet and helpful. Let's keep in touch...Rene'
