Have you ever tried prozac? That seems to be working ok for now. I hate those heart palps. Have you had any kind of cardiac workup?

No different. I tell you, I don't know what else to do. Sleeping pills aren't working. Took one again this morning around 2:30. woke up at 4:00am. I know, I shouldn't have let her get to me, I just lost it for a minute. I hate self centeredness....enough about her,( bad for the adrenals, ha ha) Thanks, for thinking of me. How are you doing?
