Just a quick note to say hi! Hey Steff... Complex just means it is more than simply "fluid filled" It can be filled with blood products, calcium deposits, fat or sometimes even pieces of tissue. It is always a good sign when a cyst shrinks, however it still warrants close attention in the form of watchful waiting to make sure it in fact does go away. Stay on top of this to make sure it does resolve. Take Care Laney
