At first I thought it was stress. Buying a new house for the first time, the long commute, the job. The frequency of the vision loss became so frequent that I went to another doctor early 2007 where he diagnosed an aneurysm on the optical nerve of my right eye.
My brain aneurysm surgery was in March 2007. Since the surgery, I have lost my short-term memory and my 21 year career in the aviation industry. I find it difficult to read novels so I have begun reading poetry again.
I no longer drive my car or operate my Harley-Davidson motorcycle. I was forced to medically retire due to the short-term memory loss.
