1 test you can have is for the doc to examine you with scope i dont know if youve had this done where they pump air up rectum at your next appointment this can be done ? tell doc to tell you to bare down so if it is what i think it is ? he will see it straight away with all this constipation there is a reason ? the test for constipation is called a defecating proctogram it when they put like a paste up your bum and take xrays to see if there are any defects trouble is if your doc not looking for it ? hell never find it this complaint is very hard to diagnose ? its took them nearly 2 years to find the prob with me good luck

hi love ? i know your a male when i went for some tests i said to the lady who was doing them im deff coming back as a man ? she replied why because men get this too im not saying you have got this disorder ? but when your suffering its worth a try to go down every avenue because anything with syndrome in it ? i dont believe thats when they cant find whats wrong ibs etc good luck i hope you get diagnosis soon

i didnt have tarry bowel movements sometimes it was like little pellets but you shouldnt be neither black stool is a sign of bleeding somewhere in your tract dont want to alarm you ? but you need to have this checked or go to doctors forum and post a question sometimes it depends on what you eat because this can alter colour or texture of stool you can go to er and they will take a stool sample as daft as it seems you could have internal hemmhoroids good luck let me know you get on
