Congratulations! Keep up the good work. I quit last october. i used chantix for 2.5 months. then all this graves stuff started happening and didn't need drugs anymore too sick to want a cigarette. so 10 mos. for me. will have to do something special on october 15th my quit date of last year. good luck it is sooo hard. but you can do it. just keep thinking about being around for kids, and see the grow up and get married. that's what i kept thinking of, just don't have that first one, that is the killer. if you never say, i will just have drag and that's it, cause as you know it never is. JUST NEVER TAKE THAT FIRST DRAG.!!! THAT IS MY MOTTO. I will not lie and say that i still do not still crave one once in awhile cause i do. i JUST NEVER TAKE THAT FIRST DRAG. Good Luck. GW
