Just a quick note to say hi! Will be praying for you on the 10th. Glad you are doing well with the GF. I have found a great product at Costco. It is freeze-dried apples. They are in a box in the section where they have the crackers, nuts, candy etc. They are delicious. They are in little individuals bags with apples and pears. I am doing well with the gluten free. I have found Tinkyada Brown Rice Macaroni. It makes delicious macaroni and cheese. Nice to hear from you and let me know how you make out after your operation. Love Linda
