I am 57 year of female..I am a Christian, I have a husband and a daughter. I have been fighting ovarian cancer for 3 years. Not of chemo ,now. I live in the country.

My nurse called and said my CT of abdomen showed dilatition of the Renal System. I do not know what this is. Can anyone be of help?
