About Me: Female, 57, Fort Supply - OK, member since Aug 2008
Looking for a painless way to lose about #40 - would settle for #30!!!  LOL
In 1998, while lifting a washing machine on a dolly up stairs, suffered an L4 compression frac
... [More] ture and then, 4 years later quit smoking. Because of back pain and increased appetite - and menopause, I've put on 'way too much weight.
I've gained and lost the same 6-8 pounds so many times, it's like greeting an old friend when it returns.  But have so much pain in my SI joint and hips, know I'd feel better if I could get it off.  Also have fibromyalgia so fear muscle pain that comes with exercise - but going to have to buckle down.
My walking regimen got stalled when fell in pool 6 weeks ago and hurt my SI joint - but going to have to start again.
I ordered the slim ball stuff yesterday - then searched and found this website - called the company and cancelled before the ink was dry, so to speak.  So glad you're here. Saved me a $100 that I really didn't have to spend. We just get desperate, don't we?  I just find that I have little patience anymore for the slow and steady - but going to have to find some. Oh, how I miss estrogen............. [Less]
Interests: SI Joint, lower abdomen pain, thigh pain, butt pain, fibromyalgia, walking, exercise
