hiya how you doing? i cant even remember when my heart anxiety started i feel like its been here forever, I HATE IT. wish i could have a brain transplant haha i been this way for 15 yrs and really bad with my heart for just over 2 yrs i get allsorts of symptoms arghhhhhhhhh lol x

Just a quick note to say hi! hey there,well cbt didnt work for me i have to say ,i think it was to damn hard lol doing homework but thats me i have heard it helps alot of ppl which is cool.yes i work with axa insurance in the call center,its ok i suppose but cause of my attacks recently im lukn for something more not to open if u know wat i mean.u shouldnt stop going out as u r still young and if u stay in then its gonna get harder,i dont go out alot just on occasions and wen i do i just think ell all those ppl might luk normal but ppl say i luk normal to and dont luk as if i got anxiety but just goes to show we can all were a gud mask,lol.maybe we can meet up sumtime for a drink?do eachothers head in ahah. takecare
