My Goal Weight is 122 lbs. 200-122=78 lbs. Let's round that to a total loss of about 80 lbs. At a rate of 2 pounds a week, I'd be able to lose that weight in 40 weeks, or an estimate of 10 months. That gives me until June to get down to my goal weight. Just in time for the summer before Senior year!! This is exactly what I wanted.

To lose 80 pounds in about 10 months is approximately 8 pounds a month. That's about 2 pounds a week.
2 pounds is the equivalent of 7000 calories. So, I'd want my net calories to be -7000 calories a week or about -1000 calories a day.
Since I, without doing anything, lose 660 calories a day, (1000-660=340) all I need to do during the day is enough to burn off about 400 calories.
This would be an example of burning off those extra 340 calories:
Housecleaning for 30 minutes--------------270 calories
Kickboxing for 5 minutes--------------------70 calories
TOTAL: 340 Calories
