About Me:
Female, 31, Mississauga - ON, member since May 2006
I was diagnosed with stage IV endometriosis at the age of 30. My first surgery was June 2006 and they found this; extensive intra-abdominal and pelvic adhesions, Cul-de-sac Obliteration, sigmoid colon endometriosis and mesenteric cyst. My ovaries were stuck behind my...

I started feeling pain when I was 13 when i first got my period. The doctor suggested that i could have endo but that was that and i never returned and accepted it as normal. I suffered for 15yrs of pain and after the birth of my daughter which i truly believe was a miracle it got even worse. I was put on the birth control pill (marvelon21) continuously and it helped with the hormones and acne. I was on that until my surgery so about 8 months. I had my surgery than was put on Lupron for 3 months which i suggested that i discontinue because of the pain and vaginal dryness it was causing. I had a continuous vaginal infection for 2 months straight, nothing like i have ever had in my life. So now I am back on the pill and gaining wait and feeling bloated once again. I feel that it has already started to come back, which i know is possible so soon.
I was also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, IBS, possible MS and now have serious congestion in my sinuses that i never had before. I am tired and maybe just need people who can relate to what I have been going through. :)
