Hello,

Just looking at your data and thinking about what I'd suggest.   Are you doing any aerobic activity that will get your heart rate up?  When I lost weight last time, I found that I had to be consistent with my aerobic to drop the weight (i.e., 30 minutes or more at least 5 days a week)
